We invite parents to visit Sheridan to get a firsthand look at what makes Sheridan School so special – from the community of teachers and students, to our nurturing and caring environment, to our concept based curriculum which challenges all learners.
Learn about our school, its mission, and philosophy by attending an Information Session & Tour or an Open House.
Information Session & Tour: Attending an Information Session & Tour is the perfect way to find out what is special about Sheridan. Sit and chat informally with our Head of School, Randy Plummer, and tour with Margie Gottfried and Carlene Drakes-Jackson our Director and Assistant Director of Admission. Held most Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m., beginning in October and running through mid December. Group size is limited, so call 202-362-7900 to make a reservation.
Information sessions/ tours will be held most Tuesday and Thursday mornings beginning Tuesday, October 6th through Thursday, December 15th from 9:00 - 11:00 am. Please contact the Admissions team via email if you would like additional information or call 202-362-7900.
Open House: Each Open House begins in our World Room where you will mingle with current parents. The program will include a welcome from our Head of School, Randy Plummer, and our Director of Admission and Financial Aid, Margie Gottfried. You will have the opportunity to hear from a panel of current students, including a Q&A. The Open House will culminate with a tour given by our Parent Ambassadors.
