Sheridan is one of the many independent schools that uses the app Ravenna to manage the application process from inquiry through decision. Almost all of the steps that follow, including submitting an application, registering for events and collecting supporting documents, happen in Ravenna.

Please begin the admission process by creating a family profile in Ravenna and choosing Sheridan as a school you’re exploring. From there, follow the steps below to submit an application and begin your journey.

The steps of the admissions process are clearly explained in Ravenna. They vary by grade, but for most families, they will include:
  • Requesting student evaluations (teacher recommendations) and records or transcripts from your child’s current school
  • Filling out a parent questionnaire (everyone) and student questionnaire (for middle schoolers) in Ravenna
  • Scheduling a visit to Sheridan for your child
