Sheridan School presents... The Spongebob Musical: Youth Edition

Join us for a free community show for all ages on Saturday, April 18 at 2:00 pm.
All are welcome. See you there!

Theater

Each year, Sheridan’s performing arts program comes to life through a fall play and a spring musical, which are both popular events in our community. 7th and 8th Graders can participate in the fall play as actors, crew members, or other technicians. In the widely anticipated spring musical, 6th-8th Graders are able to audition for leading and supporting roles, while 4th and 5th Graders can join the chorus.

We believe that involvement in performing arts should be accessible for every child. All interested students are invited to join our theater program either as cast or crew at no extra cost. Students who aren't involved in these productions love to watch their peers perform!

Marimbas and Instrumental Recitals

In addition to theater, our middle school marimbas ensemble is a standout group within the arts program. Highly popular among students, the ensemble performs challenging and advanced pieces from musical cultures and traditions around the world. They showcase their skills at school and community performances throughout the year.

Lower School students who take instrumental music lessons after school are able to perform as well. Twice a year, they participate in school-wide recitals, where they share their progress and celebrate their hard work with the whole Sheridan community.
