Sheridan School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, financial aid policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Sheridan School affirms that it does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the educational programs or activities which it operates and that it is required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 not to discriminate in such a manner. This policy on non-discrimination includes the following areas: recruitment and appointment of employees; employment pay and benefits; counseling services for students; access by students to educational programs, course offerings, and student activities.
